Think of us as your one-stop shop for all nutrition referrals. As a team of specialists, we direct each referral to the most appropriate dietitian right away, ensuring the best fit for every client.
We make scheduling easy, offering appointments five days a week through a user-friendly online booking system that allows employees to book at their convenience.
1:1 Consultations
Our Dietitians provide personalised consultations for individuals seeking expert nutrition advice, whether or not they are accessing us through an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). We support a range of needs, including weight management, digestive health, chronic conditions, and more. We also offer flexible bundles and packages tailored to meet the needs of individual clients or their teams, ensuring personalised support for optimal outcomes.
Clients whom have exhausted their EAP Nutrition sessions may also utilise this option if they wish to continue support with their EAP Dietitian privately.
Workplace Education & EAP Nutrition Programs
We support EAPs and organisations through practical, Dietitian-led education designed to enhance workplace wellbeing. This includes webinars, workshops and tailored content focused on sustainable nutrition behaviours.
Our approach helps improve awareness and engagement with nutrition support, while integrating seamlessly alongside existing mental health and wellbeing initiatives. All content can be professionally designed and customised to align with your organisation’s branding, and can be delivered as standalone sessions or embedded within existing platforms, apps or wellbeing programs.
